Police in Britain have been cracking down on drivers who use mobile phones. But while talking and driving is not allowed, it seems you can talk while doing anything else, anywhere, any time.

1. The problem with mobiles is that they have become multifunctional their usage often interferes with other things, such as security or privacy of others evrybody has one
   
2. Police in Britain plus three points on your licence if you use a hands-free set did not prosecute drivers who use their mobile when driving until 2003 introduced a fixed penalty of £1,000 for those who use their mobile when driving
